We are looking for an individual with a demonstrable interest in the field of Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Computer Vision to actively contribute to our growth in this area through active involvement in client projects and the exploration of opportunities in research and development (R&D).

What you’ll do:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex problems in our R&D projects, contributing towards the growth in these areas.
Explore and incorporate state-of-the-art methodologies and tools in LLM’s and/or computer vision to enhance the company's research capabilities and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
Keep informed about the latest developments in machine learning, LLM’s and/or computer vision and related fields through continuous learning, active participation and engagement with relevant communities to contribute fresh insights and innovative ideas to the team.
Contribute in advancing ongoing client projects by providing support to a team of data scientists and exploring new opportunities.
Present or report findings and developments, both verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Receive training to become a proficient data scientist who can confidently develop and deploy solutions that leverage these technologies.

What we need from you:

You are immediately available to start.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject. A Master’s degree is a bonus.
You are strong and confident in coding in Python. Any additional programming languages is a bonus e.g. R.
Demonstrable interest in data science and AI, with a strong interest in LLM’s and/or computer vision with relevant experience or personal projects and learning. Also have an interest in the healthcare industry.
You are familiar with software development practices such as version control (git), test frameworks, code review tools, deployment configuration management, and continuous integration.
Working knowledge or experience in the Cloud is a bonus.
Geographic flexibility throughout the UK and the desire to work as a consultant.
An entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues to support the growth of the business.
Curious, analytical and great at solving problems and a desire to work with data and how it can help an organisation make better decisions.
Flexible and adaptable communicator able to articulate complex outcomes to non-technical team members.
Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to the incubation of ideas with personal projects that drive new solutions, services and products for our customers.

Salary ranges between £27,000 and £35,000 based on experience.
