Position Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join their team. Reporting to the Division Manager overseeing either the Marine or Commercial division, the Project Managers will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, from estimating and client proposals to project execution and completion. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions to their customers while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Division Manager and sales team to review project specifications, evaluate client needs, and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.

5. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses, invoicing clients, and ensuring profitability targets are met.

7. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

8. Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and post-project debriefs, fostering collaboration and accountability among project team members.

9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) ), or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closeout.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with estimating, budgeting, and financial management.
Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
