Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Introduce and educate the business on clear project management and total program management methodology
Support and analyze senior leadership to prioritize resources and projects; implement tools and processes to support priorities
Schedule, allocate resources, communicate, and deliver projects on time and within budget
Manage client onboarding process and documentation, kick-off decks, and maintain consistent storage of client assets
Deliver weekly external client project status updates, highlighting risks, upcoming milestones, and escalating client issues to global delivery team
Provide weekly internal project reporting on overall program progress, individual project status, resource availability, and project budgets
Conduct post-delivery project retrospectives to assess project effectiveness and profitability; share project learnings with teams
Maintain weekly timesheets process for all CvE resources, ensuring accuracy and reflecting planned resource allocation
Maintain dashboards and produce standardized periodic reports for senior leadership on resource utilization, project profitability, progress, skills demand, and areas for improvement
Act as primary escalation point for client projects
Develop and continuously tailor a framework for CvE campaign and project management as project complexity grows

Person Specification:

5-7 years of project management experience
Excellent project management skills with various tools and methodologies
Experience in project budgeting and control
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines
Ability to juggle projects and resources with changing requirements and priorities
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ability to prioritize projects for clients and delivery teams
Ability to implement defined processes and ensure adherence
Ability to work effectively with senior management
Experience in project management around digital marketing or media projects is highly desirable
