Job description

Are you a hands-on AI / ML Engineer who is excited about delivering innovative solutions to our customers that solve real world needs? Do you enjoy continuous learning? Then this role is for you.

This role involves working on various initiatives that leverage traditional ML / NLP models, Automation tools, LLMs and other fast evolving Generative AI capabilities to solve real business problems of our customers and to expand our core platform’s AI / ML / Automation features.

You will analyze, design, implement, and manage AI / ML / Automation solutions with guidance from experienced team members and interactions with our customers.

Requirements

You need to have good understanding and working experience across Python, ML Libraries (ex: Scikit-Learn), NLP libraries (ex: Spacy, NLTK), TensorFlow, Transformer Models, LLMs, Quantized Models, Automation tools (ex: Power Automate or Selenium or Robot Framework) etc.
You should be able to work in an agile manner with minimal supervision by iterating on the design and implementation of solutions and trying / testing various models / techniques / tools to see which works best for the given need.
You work well with team members to deliver end to end solutions by enabling the efficient and effective integration of ML / AI / Automation modules into the broader solution (ex: UI, workflows).
You need to be proficient in communicating with US-based clients and build lasting relationships with them.
You are excited about learning new things and continuously keeping up with the rapid evolution of the AI space through hands-on experimentation.
You do not have to be an expert in the mathematics of underlying ML and AI models / algorithms but are knowledgeable enough and curious about their fundamentals.
