JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and maintain Go Global Travel products and ensure they are up to date in the respective database system and platform. Focus on accurate and efficient system loading of all contracts, promotions, updates and stop sales within the required service levels.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Load supplier contracts as per information provided by the contracting team and within the required service level/ timeline in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.

Load updates, promotions, special offers as per the information provided by the contracting team and within the required service level/ timeline in line with the company’s standard operating procedures. Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager. Ensure the database is updated accurately and within the required service level/ timeline in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.

REQUIRED:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)

Previous travel or data entry work experience is an advantage

Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical skills

Planning and organizing Customer focus
