Role Overview:

We're seeking an intermediate to senior Business Intelligence Developer to play a critical role in creating custom BI reports and dashboards within our SaaS solution. This position is dedicated to developing external, client-facing analytics solutions that tap into the power of our data and AI-driven platform, providing our clients with profound insights to inform their RCM strategies.

As an integral member of our BI team, you will impact and improve our clients' RCM processes by developing custom reports and introducing new BI service offerings. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will collaborate closely with both our client success and development teams, playing a key role in the expansion of our BI service capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Develop custom RCM reports to enhance client processes and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for new BI service offerings in the RCM space, leading the development and implementation of these initiatives.
Optimize SQL queries and data cubes to improve the performance and speed of reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality BI solutions that meet client needs.
Contribute to the growth of the BI team by sharing knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in developing custom BI solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Deep proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and extensive knowledge in database and SQL development.
Proficiency in Python for effective data manipulation and building efficient data processing pipelines.
Proven track record of working successfully in a team environment on the development and delivery of enterprise-level Power BI solutions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong orientation towards client-focused solutions.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of accounting principles, to better inform the financial and operational insights provided through our BI tools.
Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to enhance the analytical depth of BI reports.
Exceptional ability to use data to tell compelling stories, translating complex datasets into clear, understandable, and actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
