This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading Private Equity backed business in the fast-growing Spanish residential rental industry. The company is currently managing more than 10.000 residential units across Spain. This position will be part of the Asset Management Team and it is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up like environment with the financial backing of a leading private equity sponsor.

The successful applicant will ideally have an interest in Real Estate and strong competences in Excel and Power Point.

The role is based in Madrid.

Role description

Support the Asset Managers in the underwriting and strategy setting of residential assets
Conduct research and data analysis on residential real estate market
Prepare One Pagers and presentations to be approved by the Senior Management
Support the Asset Managers and Pricing in their decision-making process

Education

Relevant degree education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English and Spanish

Competencies

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of managing data and financial modelling, and ability to present analysis in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with different stakeholders across the organisation and manage external counterparties
Entrepreneurial outlook and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
