Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for social impact initiatives.
Lead project teams in executing initiatives to address the identified challenges effectively.

Communication and Outreach

Facilitate communication within Pantheon teams and with external stakeholders.
Contribute to outreach efforts, promoting Pantheon's mission through various channels.

Resource Management

Allocate resources effectively to support project implementation and achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient utilization of funds and resources.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned effectively to drive continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project impact and effectiveness.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress towards project goals and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with different teams within Pantheon to ensure seamless program operations.
Contribute insights and feedback to improve overall program efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management roles, preferably in the social impact sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex project environments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Commitment and dedication to social good, passionate for making a meaningful impact on communities in need.
