As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. Responsibilities

Perform detailed analysis of large structured and unstructured data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Develop and implement statistical models to forecast business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, gather relevant information, and ensure data integrity
Design and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data quality and accessibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in a business or healthcare setting
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
