Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a field of Energy/Automation or IT
Experience in a similar position; Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Passion for sales and strong determination to build a long-term career
Demonstrates a strong and reliable commitment to achieve results
Understanding of sales process
Understanding of customer’s business, needs and goals to identify potential new business & cross-selling
Have a passion for winning; think solutions, not problems to achieve goals
Proactively takes independent action to resolve issues
Fluent in English is considered a plus
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience working with SAP

Job Description:

Prepares technical and economic offers to customers
Provides to customers necessary support by identifying together the best possible solution for the customer problem
Identifies and works business opportunities together with assigned Area Sales Manager
Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor for Rittal products
Performs follow up on offers to customers
Introduces customer orders in SAP system
Responsible for customer orders delivery and invoicing
Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customer needs are fully met
Participates in company organized events
Reports regularly on his/her activity
