About Us

We are a small team of health tech operators who have collectively raised hundreds of millions of dollars from renowned technology investors, including 8VC, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and many others. We have built and held pivotal roles at three behavioral health unicorns.

Now, we are targeting the most critical challenge within the $90 billion behavioral health industry: the overwhelming administrative complexities that devour 40% of the industry’s operating margin. Our mission is clear— to dissolve administrative overhead by building behavioral health’s first AI-native employer.

About the Role

We are on the hunt for a President to lead our team and steer the growth of our business. You will be a hardworking individual that leads our founding team across a multi-year journey to build America’s largest and most technologically-advanced behavioral health company.

Responsibilities

Develop our vision of becoming behavioral health's first AI-native employer, championing this vision internally and externally.
Cultivate a culture of high performance, assembling and leading a stellar group of AI, product, operations, and clinical employees to drive our business forward.
Implement a multi-year strategic plan that achieves our vision of reducing clinical administrative burden through AI, directing the end-to-end strategic planning, execution, and financial performance of the company and ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
Build and maintain existing and new relationships with our investors and enterprise partners (payors, AI leaders, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
Minimum 6 years of experience required; 9-13 years preferred
Experience in a senior role at a high-growth, venture-backed business
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor
Willingness to work 5 days a week in an office, leading a fully in-person team
Relevant background could be operating roles at high-growth startups, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments

Our Culture

Hours tend to be longer than at most companies because we work hard to serve our clients and achieve our mission of building the first AI-native employer in behavioral health.

While the Founder was most recently Founder and CEO at a unicorn healthcare company where he scaled to hundreds of thousands of patients, the full-time team is currently only 5 people. The company is focused on sustainable growth, and the company is growing quickly to achieve its mission.
