Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced algorithms and computational models for genomic data analysis and interpretation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate genomic data with other biological, clinical, and omics data types.
Contribute to the design and execution of experiments to generate high-quality genomic data.
Stay current with advancements in genomics, bioinformatics, and data science, and apply new methodologies and tools to enhance our capabilities.

Requirements:

PhD or equivalent experience in genomics, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in genomic data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques applied to genomic data.
Experience working with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and relevant bioinformatics tools (e.g., BWA, GATK, Samtools).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
