**About This Opportunity:**

WSP is on the lookout for a Admin Specialist to contribute to the success of the Global Finance and HR Transformation Program. This initiative is set to unfold globally over multiple years.

In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating our projects and supporting organizational transformation through:

- Efficient planning, organizing, and supporting project phases implementation

- Tailoring and executing change, communication, and engagement plans

- Assisting in various communication and content creation efforts for the program team

- Researching, analyzing, and crafting content for diverse channels, audiences, and presentations

- Supporting the customization of change plans and project interventions within specified timelines

- Assisting in change impact assessments and stakeholders engagement plans

- Actively contributing to visually appealing, information-packed briefing materials, etc.

- Measuring impact, analyzing data for success, identifying areas for improvement and future needs
