How You'll Create Impact

Create, implement, and manage data transformations that drive substantial business improvements employing smart algorithms and machine learning
Provide business insights via advanced analytics in collaboration with subject matter experts
Develop and support maintenance of data architecture for reporting
Develop tools and KPIs to support Customer Service in improving customer experience
Implement algorithms to improve and maintain data integrity and correctness
Coordinate global data related projects across Commercial Operations

Special expertise

Excellent quantitative and problem solving skills
Data-driven decision-making with extensive analytical capabilities using standard software packages such as Python or R
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Experience in working with IDEs and Git is advantageous

Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization

Your Background

BSc/MSc in a relevant quantitative field (MINT, Computer Science)
At least 3 years’ experience in data analytics role proven track record of data analytics projects with significant individual contribution and ownership
Experience with SAP R3/HANA, SQL-databases, and high-level programming languages
Experience with Machine Learning optimizations
Familiarity with Microsoft products and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
