Your Responsibilities
- You analyze and leverage an extensive Urology dataset for holistic therapy adoption.
- You handle data preparation and cleaning for analysis.
- You develop, test, and deploy models in both Microsoft Fabric (short-term) and our app (mid- to long-term).
- You actively monitor and maintain the performance of deployed solutions.
- You lead end-to-end R&D projects in a highly regulated environment, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and share insights through visualizations, dashboards, or APIs.
- You stay up to date with the latest advancements in data automation and AI technologies, proactively contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
YOUR TOOLKIT
- You have a degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, economics or a related field. Ideally, you will also have a PhD in a quantitative area.
- You have min. 2 years of work experience in relevant areas.
- You demonstrate proven proficiency in Python and/or R.
- You're experienced in statistical modelling, including techniques such as clustering, regression, time series and Bayesian statistics. Your knowledge and/or experience in data technologies (SQL, Spreadsheets, etc.) & deep learning techniques is a huge plus!
- Your exceptional problem-solving skills are complemented by a detail-oriented mindset.
- You exhibit strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
