All our products are made with the best natural and active ingredients, are vegan and cruelty-free. We aim to make the K-Beauty routine easy, effective, and fun.
We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 55 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Data Science Intern / Trainee to support our data analysis capabilities and provide insightful reports to the different teams at Yepoda.
Your tasks
- Assist in data integration, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources
- Write Python scripts to automate data manipulation tasks and perform data analysis
- Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant information for analysis
- Work with the dbt to transform and model data for reporting and analysis purposes
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and analytical workflows
Your profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity or interests with Python programming language and its libraries for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas)
- Basic understanding of SQL, BigQuery, and database concepts
- Interest in learning and applying data modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to have:
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) or similar data transformation tools
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like lookerstudio or Matplotlib/seaborn
- Previous internship or coursework related to data analysis or data science
