Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of commercial ground-up and interior fit-out projects valued anywhere from $20MM - $60MM in the Washington, DC area.
Title: Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager (Commercial Construction)
Project Types: Schools/Universities, Office Buildings, Multifamily, Hospitals
Responsibilities:
- Promote quality and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's QA/QC policies and procedures
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors
- Coordinate all quality site inspections through QC inspectors
- Ensure safety is adhered to at project sites
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' QA/QC experience on commercial construction projects
- Sage/Timberline Software experience highly desired
- OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
