Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: NYC
Salary: $120,000-140,000 + benefits (higher salary if benefits aren't needed!) + $500/mo per diem

This dual-certified M&WBE firm has been in business for many years in NYC and focuses on commercial work in the boroughs. The draw of this company is the deep client base they have and their strong pipeline of work. Originally, this company started as a mechanical subcontractor, so they have the ability to provide mechanical/HVAC services for much larger projects as well as running their own as the Prime/GC.
-Your new role-
As a Project Manager with this firm, you will oversee subcontractors and in-house labor to complete commercial projects on time and under budget. Experience working with the MTA is highly preferred. One of the first projects is an MTA station renovation, however, projects are not limited to transit.
-What you'll need to succeed-
- 5+ years' experience in construction project management
- Ability to create project schedules
- Experience handling change orders
- Public sector experience in NYC is required
- Prior experience with MTA projects is preferred
