AESC is seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven Senior Finance Program Manager to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This role will drive finance projects from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a critical thinker with attention to detail.
What you will do as a Senior Finance Program Manager :
- Lead all aspects of assigned finance projects and prepare detailed analysis, plans, achievements, results and overall status updates
- Collaborate across the finance and other business partners, including Purchasing, Engineering and IT to develop and align on project plans, status, and reporting, along with finance resource planning needs to succeed from project scoping to project completion
- Partner with other PMO teams, to bring into line project plans and drive alignment across teams
- Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the timelines and goals
- Define overall strategy and roadmap for finance projects and build consensus with business partners on progression of projects
- Track, oversee, and provide executive reporting for project progress through requirements, development, testing, and any timeline and resource impact to the projects
- Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations, business engagement and project deliver
- Identifies areas for improvement and develop frameworks to standardize project lifecycles with the business partners
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of finance program management and related experience, ability to create a project management structure
- In depth knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay, Inventory to Cost and Record to Report processes and business process improvement experience
- Experience with large scale project implementations with impact to end-to-end business functions and systems
- Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment; effective multitasking skills are vital
- Will need to work with international teams on different time zones
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with many different business partners
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in Accounting or Finance is a plus
