An opportunity has become available for a Validation Manager to join a leading optical semiconductor company based in Edinburgh. This role will be heavily focussed around people/team management, but you will still be expected to do some post silicon validation work.
As a Validation Manager you will have a number of responsibilities that include;
- Support the current Validation Manager with team leadership
- Take the lead on technical projects
- Post silicon validation
- Recruitment of future colleagues
- Structuring and organisation of the team
To be considered for the Validation Manager vacancy you must have:
- 5-10 years of experience in a management/lead position (both of people and projects)
- Good knowledge of low signal analogue and/or digital electronics.
- Experience with scripting/programming (ideally Python)
- Previous experience in validation/verification
