Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments with business owners and business executives to review Cardone Training Programs.
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
- Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
- Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to CTTI database customers to create interest for CTTI products.
- Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
- Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners and potential licensees.
- Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.
- Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.
