Position Overview:
The Business Appointment Setter position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments with business owners and business executives to review Cardone Training Programs.
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
- Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
- Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month
Responsibilities:
- Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
- Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners and potential licensees.
- Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.
- Make outbound calls to provided leads to schedule qualified appointments for our closers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and achieve targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of our products/services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (300-400 calls per day).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
