Olala Homes is a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona. We are part of a Hospitality group that manages over 1200 short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique accommodations, as well as 10 restaurants , across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our mission is to provide our guests with unique hospitality experiences while promoting an efficient and sustainable way of travelling with style. We are looking for dynamic, creative and passionate interns to join our team and support our growing business. We have open vacancies for the Legal department.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey
Administrative tasks:
- Compilation and filing of documentation.
- Follow-up of processes and procedures with governmental authorities.
- Research on municipal legislation and regulations.
- Drafting and filing of applications.
- Resolving inquiries related to the review of contracts.
- Preparation and follow-up of transaction signatures.
Business Development Tasks
- Sourcing new assets on various platforms and portfolios.
- Contacting agencies and owners to request additional information or documentation.
- Organize and schedule visits to different properties.
- Analyze different market opportunities.
- Maintain communication with other OlalaHomes departments.
- Maintain contact with owners after closing and signing of agreements.

- Currently pursuing a degree in related fields.
- Eligible to carry out an employment internship (mandatory)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English proficiency)
