Equans is looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team covering Hampshire & Isle of Wight on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
As a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be working with our partners, Southern Water on this contract and will be tasked to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on a wide variety of Mechanical and Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner. Company vehicle, tools & equipment will be provided.

What will you deliver?
- Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM
- Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork / CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive works
- To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives
- To carry out any other task as directed by the account management team
- Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
- Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition

Who are we looking for?
- Base Electrical Qualification i.e. City & Guilds Part A and B or City & Guilds 236 Pt 1 & Pt 2
- 18th Edition C&G 2382
- Testing & inspection 2391
- BTEC Level 3 Certification in Mechanical Engineering (desirable) or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
- BTEC Level 3 in HVAC (desirable)
- Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems (desirable)
- Experienced in Plumbing system Maintenance and fault rectification
- Experience working on commercial buildings & sites
- Must have full clean UK driving licence & can drive
