Job Description
Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Engineer with 3 years' experience in IT Infrastructure and Video Conferencing. Technical skills include Microsoft Azure, ITIS, and Networking. Responsibilities include daily infrastructure walkthroughs, management, installation, troubleshooting, and first-line AV support. Must possess strong customer relationship management skills and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Technical/Functional Skills: Digital: Microsoft Azure; ITIS; Networking
Experience Required: 3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily walkthrough of the Center and report/fix the infrastructure issues.
- Manage the Infrastructure of the center.
- Install and troubleshoot Experience/Demo
- First line support for AV devices and engage OEM when required.
- Give demo to customers of the experiences installed in the center
