About this role
Dr. Stephanie’s looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll primarily focus on creating engaging graphics for our paid and organic social media channels, website assets, email campaigns, and more.
This is a full time hybrid position based in Plymouth, MN. This is a salaried role with benefits included.
What you’ll do
- Conceptualize and design digital assets for various platforms including social media, web, and advertising.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Edit videos for advertising and social media campaigns.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of website landing pages with a focus on mobile-first design principles.
- Develop compelling sales presentations to showcase new launches and products to retail buyers.
- Bring newness, innovation, & fresh ideas to our team: pitch and execute innovative design ideas to take our brand presence to the next level
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in graphic design and UX/UI principles.
- Basic video editing skills (experience with tools like Capcut, Premiere, etc.).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello, as well as Microsoft Office.
- US-based and available M-F during standard working hours with reliable equipment and workstation.
How to stand out
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields
- Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, particularly in paid advertising and performance marketing.
- Previous experience with video editing platforms such as Capcut or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with branding or packaging design.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.
- Knowledge of digital advertising strategies on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Passion for creating exceptional content and staying abreast of the latest design and internet trends, especially within the health and wellness industry.
