We are looking for a IT Systems Administrator for our Marbella office to join our dynamic and innovative team to help manage all internal business software and hardware solutions and the infrastructure it runs on.
This role will report directly into our Chief Technology Officer.
What you will be doing
- As our IT System Administrator you will have full responsibility for all company IT infrastructure including hardware, enterprise software, cloud hosting partners and more.
- Epicenter is a company that processes sensitive data. Data security is critical. You will be expected to ensure that Epicenter adheres to the highest security standards, both on a system and procedural level.
- You will be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees, ranging from mobile devices to VPN tunnels. You will have experience within the IT industry and be up to date with the latest technology and cybersecurity trends.
What you will need
- Device Management experience (procurement, set up for mobile & laptop via Microsoft Intune).
- Data security & Cybersecurity experience(e.g., monitoring, Windows Defender, VPN management, virtual desktops).
- Vendor management experience (e.g. software suppliers, infrastructure partners).
- Experience Managing technologies and provision of administrative assistance for various systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD/Entra).
- Experience Creating, improving and enforcing internal IT policies.
- Experience with IT troubleshooting and technical support.
- Controlling and monitor data experience - network access and backup systems.
- Knowledge of testing principles
- Experience with ISO27001 is a plus
- Fluent in English language, any other languages a plus
