Job Description
As an IT Strategist/Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our organization. You will be responsible for defining the technology portfolio, vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your analytical prowess and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving value from IT initiatives and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Partners to understand current and future needs, ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Business Primes, and other stakeholders to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure their fulfillment.
- Lead project teams and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and other architects to define and communicate the overall architectural vision.
- Assist in the evaluation of vendor applications and provide estimates for new technology implementations and maintenance.
- Ensure correctness, consistency, and efficiency across multiple technology components and development efforts.
- Champion scalability and maintainability in the design and implementation of complex business applications.
- Engage with senior management to communicate architectural decisions and strategies, providing guidance on technology direction and investment.
