Role Description
This is a
full-time remote role for a Data Engineer at Cervixel Company. The Data Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks such as data engineering, data modeling, Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, data warehousing, and data analytics. The Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data pipelines, optimize data systems, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Extract Transform Load (ETL) skills
- Data Warehousing and Data Analytics skills
- Experience with data integration and data pipeline development
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, and Scala
- Strong understanding of database systems and data management principles
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a must
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus
