Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled iOS Developer to join Meetsta and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our platform. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will work closely with other members of the founding team to lead the development of our product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and an exceptional user experience across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in defining the technical strategy and vision for Meetsta, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
- Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Architecture and Scalability: Design and implement a robust and scalable technical architecture that can support the platform's growth and evolving user needs.
- Technology Stack: Make informed decisions on the selection of technologies and tools, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code review, testing, and deployment to maintain a high standard of code quality and reliability.
- Security: Prioritize and implement security measures to safeguard user data and ensure the platform's integrity.
- Collaboration with Non-Technical Teams: Work closely with non-technical teams to understand business requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure a seamless integration of technology and business strategies.
- Innovation: Drive innovation within the platform, exploring new features and technologies to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Experience in Software Engineering and expertise in the development of iOS mobile technologies. Familiarity with relevant frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData) and languages (Swift).
- Startup Interest: Strong work ethic and conviction to work in a demanding startup environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and align technical decisions with business goals.
- Education: Must possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Compensation
Purely equity-based.
