Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intake Specialist at Omicrown. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting client intake, communicating with clients, and providing high-quality customer service. You will also work closely with insurance providers and handle insurance-related tasks. This role is an on-site position located in Newport Beach, CA.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and preferably bilingual proficiency in another language (preferably Russian, Chinese, or Spanish)
- Experience in client intake and customer service
- Knowledge of insurance processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools
- Experience in the professional-service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
