Human Resources Administrative Associate (FinTech/Cryptocurrency/ Stablecoins)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years experience in an HR related or similar role
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.(All levels)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms etc).
- Experience with HR software will be an advantage (BambooHR)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interdepartmental environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
- Certification in HR is a plus.
- Experience in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute innovative ideas.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment (internal and external) and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and co-ordinating new employee orientation sessions
- Ensure new starters information on the HRIS is uploaded i.e. new starter information is up to date and accurate
- Assist by managing the HR Team mailbox
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Support with payroll administration
- Supporting the coordinating of internal learning and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training records.
- Support with generating and distribution of reports
- Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and compliance efforts.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
