About the Role:
Join our team as a Selection Center Coordinator at our New York Design Center location in Midtown Manhattan. You'll engage directly with clients, guiding them through FORM’s offerings to facilitate online bookings with our expert designers. Your responsibilities include maintaining the Selection Center's impeccable appearance, supporting in-space events, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.
Job Type: Contract/Freelance
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience)
Hours: On-site, 8-hour, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Drive call bookings to our design team, this is the role’s main objective.
- Host client visits, providing detailed product information and assessing if FORM has what the client needs, to facilitate online call bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively maintaining positive communication and consistent follow-up via email/phone, unless a client tells you FORM is not a fit.
- Ensure there are proper handover notes for the designer following each client visit of any finish preferences and project details shared.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand environment, including replenishing supplies as needed.
- Support in-space events, such as webinars or coffee gatherings.
- Report to and provide regular updates/process feedback to the Head of Design Operations.

Nice to have, but not an absolute requirement for the right candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a creative field.
- Experience in a hospitality, a client-facing position, or similar showroom environment.
- Experience with design tools and spatial planning, can read floorplans and elevations.
