About You
What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, and implement Unity 3D applications for TERNA’s machine control systems for heavy machinery.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# within the Unity3D environment.
- Implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests where applicable.
- Adherence to coding standards and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving application functionality and user experience.
- Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to integrate 3D models, animations, and user interfaces into the application.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the development process.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications, user manuals, and other project documentation as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 + years Unity3D development
- A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in game or application development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Supplementary Qualifications
- Familiarity with geospatial concepts and mathematical principles.
