Position Overview: We are seeking a Product Specification Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position will be primarily responsible for organizing existing and new product specifications in a coherent and efficient system and managing the gathering and distribution of that information . This position will also be involved with our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional computer skills, particularly in Excel, along with a knack for navigating databases and websites. This role requires someone who thrives on organization, pays meticulous attention to detail, and can seamlessly handle various data formats. Skills Required:

Web Interface and Portal Management:
1. Learn and assist with various website portals used by customers and third parties.
2. Upload necessary documents to portals, such as GFSI certifications, insurance forms, W9, etc.
3. Collaborate with sales to understand specific needs of each portal and ensure data accuracy.
4. Handle portal tasks for other departments, including regular login and download tasks for accounting or analytics, and distributor portals for deductions and paperwork.
Logistics Backup Support:
Receive training in domestic logistics tasks, including but not limited to:
· Order portals such as EDI downloads, SPS, ITrade.
· Basic order fulfillment using systems and various warehouse web portals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
