Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE, Spring framework, and Spring Boot.
Implement Azure authentication mechanisms and integrate applications with Azure VMs and Azure Kubernetes.
Design and develop frontend components using JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Utilize development tools such as Eclipse IDE, DevSecTools, Jenkins, Nexus, and GitHub to streamline the development process.
Perform security scans using tools like Checkmarx and NexusIQ, and implement remediation strategies to address any vulnerabilities identified.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of applications and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in J2EE and the Spring framework.
Extensive experience with Azure authentication mechanisms and Azure runtime environments.
Strong knowledge of JBOSS and experience working with Azure VMs and Azure Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML.
Proficiency in development tools such as Eclipse IDE, Jenkins, Nexus, and GitHub.
Experience with security scans and remediation using Checkmarx, NexusIQ, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
Certification in Java development or Azure technologies is a plus.
