Job Title: Lead Data Engineer, Architect
Job Location: REMOTE - working mostly east coast hours
Job Salary: $130,000-$180,000 base plus 12.5% bonus

About The Company
We are a global company building out a new medical ecosystem. We are looking for a strong
Lead Data Engineer/Architect to join our team and shape our data platform.
What You Will Be Doing
- Shape data strategy, governance and implementation
- Create data governance guidelines
- Designing and implementing data pipelines
- Ensure data management functions are adaptable and scalable
- Leverage database systems for the business
- Develop scalable data models and architectures in Azure, utilizing Azure Functions
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and peers on different teams
What You Need For This Position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience architecting and building a data platform
- 10+ years developing with Python
- 6+ years working with Azure related data technologies
- Experience working with Databricks and Spark
- Experience with pipeline tools
- Experience working with Medallion architecture
- Experience with MS Fabric OneLake is a plus
