We are looking for an experienced Analytics Data Architect to join our team and lead the creation and maintenance of advanced analytics solutions to drive insights across our paid media and website initiatives. You will be instrumental in building and managing dashboards, establishing data pipelines, and deploying data to our data warehouse. This role requires proficiency with data pipeline tools such as DataPrep, BigQuery, and FiveTran, as well as knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and Tableau. A foundational understanding of the paid media landscape, including paid search, paid social, and display, will be essential for navigating data feeds from various ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Develop, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track the performance of paid media and website initiatives using Looker Studio, Tableau, and GA4.
- Data Pipeline Management: Initialize, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow using tools like DataPrep, BigQuery, and FiveTran, ensuring reliable data delivery and consistency.
- Data Warehouse Deployment: Oversee the deployment of data from various sources to the data warehouse, managing data integrations and transformation processes.
- Project Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain project roadmaps for dashboard development and client delivery, coordinating closely with stakeholders and internal teams to align with project goals and timelines.
- Performance Analysis: Interpret and analyze complex data sets to inform insights, collaborating with the marketing team to understand metrics relevant to paid media performance and website engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate data insights, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks and troubleshooting to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or business intelligence roles.

Technical Proficiency:
- Expert knowledge of Looker Studio, Tableau, GA4, DataPrep, BigQuery, and FiveTran.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query writing.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Paid Media Knowledge: High-level understanding of the paid media landscape, including paid search, paid social, and display, to facilitate daily interactions with relevant data feeds.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Zapier, webhooks, and similar integration tools. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong project management skills: Experience developing project timelines and managing stakeholder expectations.
