Our teams are working on such IPs as Control, Call of Duty, Gwent, Doctor Who, Monopoly, Angry Birds, Family Guy, Independence Day, Walking Dead and more for partners like Activision, Remedy, Electronic Arts, CD Projekt Red, Ubisoft, Rovio and Gameloft, to name a few.

Room 8 Studio is looking for talented 2D animators with experience in the game industry, excellent technical skills, and a passion for exciting projects. If you are eager to animate games by your work and create complex thoughtful animation, our team is waiting for you!

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:

• Create 2D animations for games, including characters, environments, props, etc.;
• Create a rig/skin for characters;
• Prepare images received from the artist for subsequent animation;
• Create art documentation;
• Ensure effective and smooth teamwork with artists and project managers.

Superpowers you have are:

• 2+ years of experience in animation;
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating high-quality animations;
• Knowledge of Adobe graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator);
• Experience working with Spine, Flash and After Effects;
• Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation and the ability to apply them effectively in work;
• A responsible approach to work;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively;
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset to work in dynamic, creative environments;
• Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.
