We're seeking a versatile individual who is excellent in photography, videography, video editing, and color grading.
Collaborate closely with the director to understand and interpret the visual style and tone of the project.
Operate various types of cameras proficiently, setting up shots, framing scenes, and adjusting focus as needed.
Design lighting setups for each scene, considering mood, atmosphere, and storytelling requirements.
Execute different camera movements, such as pans, tilts, and dollies, to add dynamism and visual interest to the footage and must know how to operate the gimbal.
Possess deep technical knowledge of camera technology, lenses, and other cinematography equipment.
Solve technical and creative challenges that arise during production, finding innovative solutions within time and budget constraints.
Edit and assemble raw footages into compelling and visually engaging videos, adhering to project guidelines and timelines.
Enhance video content by adding effects, graphics, transitions, and other visual elements.
Select appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall impact of the videos.
Review and revise video content based on feedback from team members, ensuring a cohesive and impactful final product.
Maintain an organized file structure for all video assets, ensuring easy access for future projects.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and visual storytelling.
Occasionally participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for new video concepts.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative approach.
Proven experience as a Cinematographer with a minimum experience of 3 years
Proficiency in video editing software. Any of these softwares (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve etc.) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and file compression.
Solid knowledge of visual storytelling principles and composition.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the final output.
Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects is a plus.
Proven experience of 1 to 2 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Media Studies, or a related field
