We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Partner Interaction Channels team in the Selection and Supply Tech department of Booking.com
Booking.com is known for being data-driven and supporting both our partners and customers through our platform. The Partner Interaction Channels team is part of the Selection and Supply Tech department, enabling the business to understand better the partner behaviour, as well as identifying the best opportunities for our partners, supporting them with the best advice in a timely manner. We support initiatives across multiple channels through which our Partners interact with us, supporting the connected ecosystem with product, tech and commercial solutions and thereby enabling accommodation partners to be set up for success at Booking.com and deliver a great guest experience.
As a Data Analyst you will be working closely with the product teams and business stakeholders within the Selection and Supply Tech organization. You understand the partner market dynamics by leveraging extensive internal and external data sources and guide the Selection and Supply Tech organization in making the right decisions both for the partner and our customers by identifying and measuring the incremental business impact that the product changes have.
You will be working in a team of Data Scientists and Analysts who cover a wide spectrum of topics within the area. Some current initiatives: creating insights in which situations we need more supply, identifying partner behaviour shifts, communication channel mix, selecting partners to target with which opportunities or advice is needed to optimise their performance or enable our internal scaled channels to be as efficient and effective as possible to support our partners.
