FlowLogix Developer

The FlowLogix Developer position will be responsible for developing customer solutions utilizing McLeod Software’s business process automation tool (FlowLogix).

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Analysts to provide proposed solutions and service estimates
• Create written communication materials to summarize findings and support recommendations.
• Ability to provide product support and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and attitude.
• Developer skill set and familiarity with SDLC best practices.

Experience

• Relational Database and SQL Language.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. 
• Visio or other similar flowchart program experience.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing while maintaining a customer focused, friendly attitude.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work at all levels of an organization
• Transportation experience is a plus.
• LoadMaster, DocumentPower and PowerBroker knowledge is a plus                    

Computer Skills

• Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Visio or other similar flowchart program experience.
• LoadMaster, DocumentPower and PowerBroker knowledge, second level support experience and/or knowledge of the backend of the software and table schemas.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
