Responsibilities of the Motion Designer:
Your responsibilities include:
- Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content.
- Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics.
- Implement sound and visual effects to enhance storytelling and overall production value.
- Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines.
- Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and content marketing innovations.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance motion graphics and design processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- ✅ 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- ✅ Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
- ✅ Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space.
- ✅ Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
- ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ✅ Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required) :
- 🌟 Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender for advanced motion graphics.
