Arkos Health is seeking a Hybrid or Remote Data Analyst with expertise in Clinical data analytics.


Please note: Must reside and be fully authorized to work in the US.  **We are seeking remote applicants, preferably in Arizona, Arlanta, Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Vermont or any state except California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Massachusetts and Washington. 

 

 

How You'll Make a Difference: 

The Clinical Performance Senior Data Analyst at Arkos Health is crucial in driving data-driven improvements across clinical operations, patient outcomes and provider performance. This position transforms clinical and health plan data into actionable insights to help Arkos Health achieve performance goals, including key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to value-based care, quality metrics, and health plan contracts. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing customized reports and dashboards that track clinical performance, operational metrics, and health plan compliance. 


    Clinical Performance:

    • Comprehensive Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze clinical and health plan data to track key performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
    • Root Cause Analysis and Trend Identification: Deep-dive analysis to uncover the causes of issues and identify trends in clinical outcomes, cost and utilization, and Arkos program performance.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to clinical operations performance, Physician network, quality metrics, contracts, and compliance.
    • Clinical Process Improvement: Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize care delivery, reduce costs, and enhance clinical operations performance.
    • Contract Compliance: Monitor compliance with value-based care agreements and health plan requirements and provide regular compliance reports.
    • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Use statistical models to forecast patient needs and trends
    • Patient Experience and Feedback Analysis: Analyze patient satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities and support health plan objectives.

    Qualifications and Skills: 

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • At least 4 years (6 years+ preferred) of hands-on experience in healthcare data analytics, health plan and value-based care analytics
    • Proficiency and proven experience with dashboard development using Tableau, Excel, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting/dashboarding, including native and CRMA functions, as well as experience with health plan data analysis and statistical methods.
    • At least 3 years of experience working with cloud data warehouse products like AWS Redshift, ensuring data infrastructure scalability and reliability
    • Strong understanding of value-based care models, quality metrics, and health plan data requirements.
    • Skilled at conveying insights to clinical, health plan, and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively between two or more activities or sources of information
