Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Remote

Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-time) with the potential to transition to full-time
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor to join our team. The role will focus on video editing tasks, creating engaging content for our online presence, and supporting marketing, social media, and e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills in video editing, and a desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit product videos, promotional content, social media clips, tutorials, and other marketing videos that reflect our brand’s style and message.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content needs and create videos that align with our goals and marketing strategies.
- Communicate regularly with team members via Slack to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure the videos meet brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve video production workflows and suggest efficiencies to streamline the process and enhance quality.
- Ensure videos are delivered on schedule, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency across all video projects.
Requirements - Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and the ability to edit videos that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong creative abilities to develop content that tells a compelling story, engages audiences, and drives brand awareness.
- Experience editing UGC-based content, with a focus on pacing and storytelling.
- Ability to ensure high-quality output and consistency across all video content.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and improve processes, especially in the growing e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in remote work settings. You must be able to communicate effectively through Slack and other tools.
- Experience using project management tools like Framer.io, Notion, or Trello to track progress and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with a small, dynamic team and contribute to overall team goals.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and evolve within the company as the business grows.
