AI systems that write software need backend engineers who can design realistic coding problems and decide, with precision, whether a solution truly meets the requirements.

What you'll do

• Design realistic backend coding tasks for AI systems: new features to build, defects to debug and bugs to fix

• Write deterministic verifiers that pass every reasonable correct solution and reject the ones that miss the requirements

• Weigh code quality, performance, testing, refactoring, algorithms, data structures and service scalability in each task

• Bring secure coding and security review into a task wherever it matters

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical communication skills

• Professional fluency in English

• Helpful background includes application security, secure coding, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, OWASP or CWE guidance, security-focused code review and performant software in large codebases

• No AI experience needed.
