The teams building them need contract lawyers who can work through realistic technology-contract scenarios, judge how well the AI handles legal language and risk, write the answer a practising lawyer would give, and explain exactly where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI legal review tools. This is that work, done remotely as part-time contract work.

What you'll do

• Work through realistic negotiation and redlining exercises on technology contracts

• Review AI-generated responses for contract accuracy, risk analysis and legal judgment

• Write clear grading criteria for contract-drafting and review performance

• Explain where AI outputs miss the legal or commercial point, and give actionable feedback to improve them

Who this is for

• Have at least three years of in-house experience in technology transactions

• Bring hands-on experience negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and data processing agreements

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and redlining contracts, with close attention to detail

• Able to turn your legal expertise into clear feedback for AI systems, and comfortable working with cross-disciplinary teams

• Helpful background includes AI, legal technology or training initiatives, or law-firm work on mergers and acquisitions or private equity fund formation; prior AI training work is not required.

• $85–$105 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
