About the Job: 

We are looking to hire a Data Analyst with strong technical skills in data engineering, analysis, and Salesforce platform development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quickly scaling SaaS environment, understands the importance of reliable revenue data, and can bridge the gap between engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building data pipelines, crafting actionable insights, and writing Apex code to optimize Salesforce data workflows. 

Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest and transform data from Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., Marketo, Zendesk, Stripe, product databases). 
    • Write and maintain custom Apex code, triggers, and batch jobs to support data quality and automation within Salesforce. 
    • Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to define KPIs and deliver data models and dashboards supporting go-to-market performance and customer lifecycle analytics. 
    • Optimize Salesforce data architecture to support scalable reporting and integrations across tools and platforms. 
    • Develop SQL and Python scripts to perform complex analyses and validate cross-system data consistency. 
    • Maintain and scale the data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), ensuring well-structured, high-quality datasets for analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR). 
    • Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations through clear visualizations and storytelling. 

Required Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech company. 
    • Deep experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), including Apex, SOQL, Flows, and platform integrations. 
    • Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience transforming and modeling large datasets. 
    • Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools: ETL (e.g., dbt, Fivetran), orchestration (e.g., Airflow), and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery). 
    • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. 
    • Familiarity with business tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, PowerBI is a plus. 
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.  

Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Salesforce integration APIs and platform event-driven architectures. 
    • Exposure to revenue intelligence, forecasting models, and GTM funnel metrics. 
    • Background in agile workflows and tools (Jira, Confluence). 
    • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. 
    • Understanding of customer segmentation, ARR/MRR reporting, and cohort analysis. 

Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $118,000 based on experience and location.
