Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Data Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient data architectures that align with business goals and support data-driven decision-making.

• ETL Development: Build, maintain, and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure the seamless flow of data from various sources to data repositories.

• Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases is desirable.

• Data Integration: Implement solutions for integrating and consolidating data from diverse sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Big Data Technologies: Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust data quality and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.

• Collaboration with Data Science Teams: Work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure for advanced analytics and reporting.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth collaboration within the team.
