We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to leverage marketing and operational data to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will develop and implement predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms, design data-driven solutions to operational challenges, and integrate new internal and external datasets to enhance predictive accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions, develop actionable insights, and support moderately complex project initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to influence decision-making, optimize business outcomes, and apply advanced analytical techniques in a collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving skills, statistical expertise, and effective communication are critical for success in this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making.
  • Break down moderately complex projects into actionable tasks and manage timelines effectively using structured project planning techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate new datasets, analytical techniques, and tools to improve modeling performance and operational outcomes.
  • Communicate model results, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership to inform business strategy.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a data science strategy while identifying opportunities to influence decision-making.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and model development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of project management practices, including task breakdown, prioritization, and deadline management.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, business case analysis, or operational data modeling preferred.
